These are trace monotypes based on life drawing sketches. I put the blank side of the drawing on a slab of ink and traced over the linework with ballpoint pen. The reverse side picks up the impressions in ink. I used a blue slab and a black slab of ink for these images. The second image has some touches of gesso, as well.
